Please read before ordering services from FxMatics.Com. By requesting my services and using my software you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Trading in any market carries substantial risk of loss. Please consider your risk tolerance, bankroll and financial ability before trading real money on the market.

Although I strive to ensure that your expert advisor is coded to your specifications and is as error-free as possible, please note that I cannot guarantee the profitability or accuracy of your expert advisor.

I pledge to hold your trading system and source code in confidence. I will not resell your expert advisor, not will I publish your system specifications. However, I reserve the right to use portions of source code in other projects.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of FxMatics.Com. Because of the high volume of work requests, I can only begin work on your project once the payment has been received.

It is your responsibility to test your expert advisor to ensure that it is functioning to your specifications. In the event that you find a error in your expert advisor, I will make a good faith attempt to fix it. Additional feature requests or incomplete system specifications may incur additional hourly fees.

It is recommended that you thoroughly back test and optimize any expert advisor, as well as forward trade it on a demo account for several weeks before using it on a live account.

FxMatics.Com cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our software. You are solely responsible for your own trading activities!

If you plan on selling your Expert Advisor commercially, I ask that you credit FxMatics.Com for programming services and place a link to FxMatics.Com on your website. Portions of source code are copyrighted and may not be redistributed without prior permission.
